Happiness is all around - There are many things that bring happiness in life.

Happiness is all around 

 In today's busy life, today's generation is neglecting many valuable things, which can be made livable by implementing what is called old school.  There are many things that bring happiness in life.




 1. Write a letter: The happiness that is present in a handwritten letter nowadays cannot be expressed in words.  



 2. Write a diary: Keep a personal diary.  In it you write the word of the heart.  Type the name of the place you want to visit.  Write about the place involved in your travel history.  Write about the valuable time you spent with someone in the diary.  10 years from today, whenever you read this diary, you will experience it on your own.

 

 
3. Drink morning tea with mom and dad: If you stay with parents all day, think about spending quality time with them.  Friends can stay, but parents don't live with you all their lives.  Enjoy morning tea with them.



 4. Read books: Reading means reading a book by hand - hard copy or soft cover.  Physical book.  The e-reader will never get so much satisfaction.  The fun of reading a book is different.

 

 5. Talk: Remember when you were younger you talked for hours.  He also talked to people he did not know.  Today we are always in a hurry to get someone to work.  No time to listen to anyone.  Sit down with headphones on when the time comes.  If you talk to the people around you, you will know that a lot of things were waiting for you.



 6. Stop on the road and see: If you are going to work on the same road every day, go out a little earlier in the day and see what is special on the road.  Maybe there's a store you're looking for.



 7. Do nothing sometimes: Sit for a while without doing anything.  Do nothing  This may scare you, but don't regret it.  Keep moving for a while.



 8. Go on foot or bicycle: Rely on bicycle or foot instead of car.  This is good for health.  Now even in cities, separate bike lanes and tracks are being prepared for cyclists and pedestrians.







You have to train your mind to be stronger than your emotions....

Emotions are tied to everything we do. They are the major source of motivation, and a big factor in our ability to think clearly...
